    Totally agree with all the advice here and understand the difficulties. Some Social media crisis management can be like watching a slow motion car crash. At the moment my freezer is emptying at the rate of knots. IKEA meatballs! When will it end?

    One piece of advice we would add is to personalise responses, take any negative replies you get offline to email as soon as is reasonable. Oh and all hands on deck!
