We shouldn’t forget that 90% of conversations about brands still happen in the real world and that a conversation face to face is 9x more effective than one on line. All researched facts. Digital and social media are important tools but they aren’t the be all and end all of media. That’s like thinking a car is the only way to get from A to B.
For some SM simply doesn’t work. For others, it does. The same is true of big media (TV, outdoor), DM, SP, PR, etc.

Dear Mr. Henry,

Thanks for this wonderful article. For me it came at the correct time. Currently I am doing my master thesis about companies and thier Social CRM startegy. I wondered after reading that 71% of comapnies have Social CRM as their startegy. I am interested to read the full report and i am very keen in knowing the list of companies. Could you please help me where I can get the report. It is possible to know the list of companies.
