		<description><![CDATA[[...] As Community Organisers we work with people in communities face to face, so building social relationships is integral.  I feel extending our work into the virtual world compliments our work on the ground and is reflective of the growing social collaboration and social action happening online. Here are a few examples ‘Post riot clean-up’,  ‘Egypt uprising’ and &#8216;We Will Gather&#8216;.  With this in mind and with help from Thom Townsend of ‘Izwe’, I have come up with 5 reasons why Community Organisers should be using digital.
