In case you missed it, this week Fortune published a long piece on what was going on inside Twitter. It pulled no punches. It told of of “boardroom power plays” and telling of “secret board meetings, executive power struggles, a plethora of coaches and consultants, and disgruntled founders”.

It began with the community project Webnode . It noticed a major increase in blogs and comments regarding the situation in Japan. Groupon to be valued as high as $20bn as 2011 IPO moves closer

It is set to be the most hyped technology IPO for years. Groupon is reported to be close to picking investment banks Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as advisers ahead of a planned initial public offering later this year that could value the online deals firm at between $15bn and $20bn. Spotify says cut to free listening will keep free alive

Spotify founders Martin Lorenzon and Daniel EkMusic streaming service Spotify is cutting by half the amount of time users can listen for free.
