Is Print Dead? [Infographic]
In the week that the chairman of the New York Times, Arthur Sulzberger Jr has for the first time cast doubt over the future of the great newspaper, conceding that at some point in the future it will no longer be printed, check this “print is dead” infographic, which starkly shows how much the industry is set to shrink in the coming years.
The death of print, so long talked of, is closer at hand than ever most notably now because the tablet computer has been cracked and a whopping 60% of us could have them in the next three years. The New York Times, of course by then will have beautiful tablet newspaper on offer, I’m sure.
