		<description>I can&#039;t tell you how spot on this post is. I have felt first hand this issue - the difference between the &quot;scared&quot; corporate &amp; the nimble SME.  My experience on this is in Ireland.

I&#039;ll certainly RT (distribute) this via my networks - especially Twitter &amp; Facebook. 

Maybe loss of market share is the best teacher? Maybe loss of jobs would help learning/adjustment? Maybe a further drop in profits &amp; share value? Brand dilution? Whatever.
